Terms for using our website and purchasing products from The Little Toy Lab.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use The Little Toy Lab website and, where purchasing is available, when you order products from us. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.
2. Product descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen colours can vary, and because our products are 3D printed, slight differences in layer texture, surface finish and other minor manufacturing characteristics can occur.
3. Nature and care of 3D printed products
3D printed products are manufactured layer by layer. Although we aim to produce items to a high standard, some 3D printed designs may be more susceptible to damage from excessive force, hard impacts, bending or drops than equivalent injection-moulded products. This characteristic does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
If a product cracks, splits or develops damage that could create a sharp edge or detachable small part, use should stop.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and any applicable delivery charges will be shown before an order is placed. Where payment facilities are provided, an order is not accepted until the order process confirms acceptance.
5. Custom and personalised products
If we agree to manufacture an item to your specifications or clearly personalise it for you, the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. Your rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
6. Delivery
We will provide delivery information before purchase. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect rights that apply under consumer law.
7. Returns and consumer rights
Our Delivery & Returns page forms part of these terms. UK consumers have statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
8. Website content
The Little Toy Lab branding, original website content and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party characters, names or designs shown for illustrative purposes remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which the business is established, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
