Information about cancellations, returns, faulty items and the nature of 3D printed products.

3D printed product information

Our products are manufactured using carefully selected 3D printing materials and are produced and checked with care. Because 3D printing creates an item layer by layer, the finished product may show fine layer lines or minor surface variations. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not, by themselves, indicate a fault.

Please treat 3D printed items with appropriate care. Depending on the design and material, a 3D printed product may be more susceptible to damage from hard impacts, excessive force, bending or being dropped than a comparable injection-moulded product. If an item cracks, splits or becomes damaged in a way that could create a sharp edge or detachable small part, stop using it.

Changing your mind

For most goods bought online, UK consumers normally have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. Goods should be returned with reasonable care.

Personalised or made-to-your-specification products

The statutory right to cancel does not normally apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do, please contact us promptly at info@thelittletoylab.co.uk. Your statutory rights apply. Where required by law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Return process

Before returning an item, please email us with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Delivery

Available delivery services, costs and estimated times will be shown before an order is placed. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
